CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICE: Wednesday, December 24 | 4:30pm & 6:00pm
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of Christmas to celebrate Jesus with us. Bring your family and let's celebrate with a simple, but powerful time of singing and focusing on Jesus. We will have two candlelight services -- 4:30pm & 6:00pm. Nursery available for 4:30 service ONLY (Birth thru 3 years old).

LIFE AFTER FIFTY (LAF)
MERRY CHRISTMAS, LAF Friends! It's time for our 1st Christmas Cookie Exchange at our Sunday Gathering this coming Sunday, Dec 14, 12:30pm in the Cafe Area! Lunch will be provided by the LAF Team. Bring a plate of your favorite Christmas Cookies ~ Take home a plate of everyone's Christmas cookies!!! Remember to RSVP to the invites!

SUNDAY SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: December 28th
We will have ONE FAMILY SERVICE ONLY at 11:00am. Children ages 4-18 will join their parents in service. Nursery will be available for Birth - 3 years old.

Place of Light

Renovation began June '25 on our Gym & Lodge. We now have 5 new A/C units. The new patio/porch on the Gym/Lodge AND main building is almost complete! It's a reflection of our commitment to create a welcoming space for all. To everyone who has already given—thank you for your commitment to our shared mission. You’re helping make this possible. And for those who haven’t yet, it’s not too late. You can still be part of building something that will make a difference for years to come. Life After Fifty (LAF) Group
For our adults who are 50+years, the LAF group provides community and fellowship with each other, based on our love for Christ. This group usually meets the 2nd Sunday of each month at 12:30pm in the church lobby. Questions: Pam Kikkert.

Men’s Group
“The Brotherhood Fellowship” is a group of men who are redefining what it means to live a vibrant life during our retirement—or approaching retirement—years. We meet weekly to support and challenge each other in living a Bible-based, purpose-filled life of faith.

Sunday Evenings Group

Tuesday Mornings Group
This fall, we are doing a video study ~ 'Life and Ministry of the Messiah' by Ray Vander Laan. For more info about this group, contact Lynn Gibson 706 248 5300.
Wednesday Evenings Group
6:30 - 8:00pm at the church. The Wednesday Evening Ladies class will be starting a new study on November 12: 'A Shepherd Looks at Psalm 23' by Phillip Keller. Please join us in the back hall of the Sanctuary building. Books have been purchased for the class ($7.50). Childcare is available. More info: Lynn Gibson 706 248 5300.

KIDS
Sunday Mornings | Every Sunday at 11AM
Grades 1-5 meet for "Kids Connection" small groups.

NURSERY - 9:30 Service (Birth - 3 yrs. old) in main building.

Wednesday Evenings | Every Wednesday at 6:00 - 8:00pm
Grades 1-5 meet in the lodge for teaching, worship, small groups, fun and more! Doors open at 5:45pm for a free meal. Follows Hall County School schedule and will not meet if school is not in session.

NURSERY - 6:00 - 8:00pm Wednesdays (Birth - 3 yrs. old) in main building.

KIDS -- ARCHERY-BASED MINISTRY: This ministry, called 'Aiming for Jesus', is an archery -based ministry for 3rd through 5th graders! Our goal is to provide a safe and encouraging environment, led by experienced instructors, where kids can learn archery and grow in dedication, responsibility, and patience -- all while keeping Christ at the center. Cost: $25 per child - includes a t-shirt and a shooting glove. We will meet twice a month on Sundays at 5:00pm at the church. You can sign up at at the Kids Ministry Building (Gym). Middle & High School students meet for Bible study in the back hallway of the main building

COLLEGE
Monday Evenings | 7:00PM
College age students meet every Monday evening in the main lobby and sanctuary for a time of fellowship, worship, and teaching.

MISSIONS
Good News At Noon — We have 2 teams that provide and serve meals to the residents. We meet at the facility (884 Dorsey Street - Gainesville). More info, contact Janet Furer or Linda Cox.

Homeless Outreach — Wednesdays | 9:00-11:00am
Come join us in making new friends among our Homeless Neighbors. For more details on how you can bring Hope to the Hopeless or if you would like to be added to the group texts for regular updates, contact Ron Smith.
